Join virtually from anywhere, really.

Our hackathon veterans have come together to build apps and pitch solutions from all over the world from across the US, Japan and Germany. Most recently even while in active war zones of Ukraine.
Collab and compete from the comfort of your home or wherever you need to fall in and make a difference in the world with us. You don't even have to put on pants if you don't want to (but we strongly suggest that you do).

Live workshops

Learn & grow with live workshops.

You’ve built your resume in the military, now you’re ready to build your civilian career. But where do you even begin? How will you know what’s right for you? That’s where Fall In comes in. You’ll be working with veterans in our hackathons from the tech industry to build more than apps: You will build invaluable career skills meant specifically for veterans in tech.

03
Networking

Meet new pros from all over.

The VR Metaverse is a space where you can truly let your creativity run wild and collaborate with people from all over the globe.
We find this method helps participants connect in ways they never thought possible. You might work on a project that brings new colleagues and friends, casually talk with someone from another country, or even conduct user research directly with a Medal of Honor Keynote Speaker.

Beginner friendly

/∞

This virtual hackathon is a great place to meet new friends, especially if you're the type of person who likes to talk about  design, engineering, or pretty much any other kind of Tech. (And let's face it, if you're reading this, you probably are.) You'll have a great time.

Get inspired by our Historical events.

Our speakers will get all your gears turning.

Learn from the

best speakers.

We're proud to have a lineup of speakers who are not only at the top of their industry, but who are also highly talented and creative. You won't be disappointed.

We've got the answers to your questions

How will I get paired up?

We will help pair you up every week leading up to the event. More details in our Slack.

What will happen at the live workshops?

Workshops allow you to see how pros work in real time, and you can learn from their successes and failures. The hackathon also provides an opportunity to meet others and discuss the latest trends in Tech. If you're looking to improve your skills and network with others, our hackathon is the perfect place to start.

How does the virtual attendance work?

We hold our hackathons over framevr.io/fall-in for a fully immersive experience in the metaverse. There's nothing to download and the platform works best on Google Chrome. There will be private audio zones and you will be able to share your screen as well.

Framevr is an immersive 3D space where you can work together with other developers in the same room to create rich experiences, or just hang out and chat.

What's the time commitment? Put out as much as you can to help your team.

What are the networking opportunities?

When you join us for this event, you'll be able to meet veterans from all over the place. Each one of us brings a unique perspective to the table and you'll be able to collab with one another during our networking breakout sessions.

We know that finding opportunities in tech can be hard, so it's important that we take advantage of every chance we get to connect with other pros who are going through the same thing. We're looking forward to seeing you there!

Powered by a talented community of veterans.

Our community has been running hackathons for over two years, and we love everything about design and engineering.
